Chrisy in TSE Boutique

At Tommy Smith Elementary, we believe that a strong school is built on a strong community. Every fundraiser, donation, and act of generosity helps us create meaningful opportunities for our students, support our teachers, and meet the needs of our Panther families.

Throughout the school year, you will see us hosting events like our Fall Festival, partnering with businesses like Kona Ice, and organizing various school sales and fundraisers. While these activities are fun ways to bring our school community together, they also serve an important purpose. The money raised helps us provide student incentives, celebrations, classroom resources, special activities, and experiences that go beyond what our regular school budget can support.

Simply put, we cannot do it all without you!

We also recognize that supporting our students means supporting their families. Our TSE Family Boutique provides clothing, food, and other essential items to families who may need a helping hand. Through donations from our generous community, we are able to keep these resources available throughout the year.

Our Costume Closet is another example of what community generosity can accomplish! Thanks to donated costumes, students and families can select Halloween costumes at no cost. What may seem like a small donation can make a big difference for a child who gets to participate in the excitement of the season.

We gladly accept donations of clothing, nonperishable food, school supplies, costumes, and other items that can benefit our Panther families. Our Parent Liaison, Chrisy Keenan, helps coordinate these efforts and connect families with available resources.

Want to Give Directly?

Families, businesses, and community members can also make monetary donations directly to our Principal's Discretionary Fund. These contributions give our school additional flexibility to respond to student needs, recognize achievements, support school initiatives, and provide opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.

Whether you purchase a Kona Ice, attend our Fall Festival, participate in a fundraiser, donate gently used clothing, or contribute financially, please know that your support matters.

We understand that families are asked to contribute in many ways throughout the year, and we never want anyone to feel that giving is an obligation. Every family contributes differently, whether through financial support, volunteering, sharing resources, or simply showing up for our students.

It takes more than a school to make a difference. It takes a community.

Thank you for continuing to invest in our Panthers. Your generosity helps us do more, give more, and create a school where every student and family feels supported.

Every Panther matters. Every contribution counts. 💙🐾
